STUDENT COUNSELLOR (INTERNATIONAL EDUCATION CONSULTANT)
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel and guide students on study opportunities in Malaysia and other countries
- Provide accurate information on courses, universities, entry requirements and visa process
- Handle student enquiries via walk-ins, phone, email and online platforms
- Assist students throughout the application and enrollment process
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in student counselling or education consultancy (international education)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in English and Sinhala / Tamil
- Target driven, self-motivated and a team player
