Key Responsibilities
n
n- Coordinate daily activities and support the sales team.
n- Prepare sales reports, analysis and dashboards.
n- Vehicle Allocation & Drivers Allocation.
n- Coordinate with Supply Chain, Production, Finance and Marketing.
n- Petty Cash Handling & Cash Collecting & Banking Process Monitoring.
n- Support promotions & Other initiatives.
n
n
Requirements
n
n- Diploma or Advanced Level Qualified.
n- Relevant experience in sales coordination is an advantage.
n- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
n- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and reporting.
n- Strong organization, accuracy and attention to detail.
n- Ability to work in Night Shift.
