ASSISTANT MANAGER - FINANCE & STRATEGY

American Premium Water, the pioneer in Sri Lanka’s bottled water industry and a market leader in the FMCG sector in Sri Lanka. With a staff strength of over 1,200, our operations span Logistics, SCM, Construction and Polymer Packaging across Sri Lanka and other Asian markets, giving you the backing of an established, fast-growing organization.

We are looking for an Assistant Manager - Finance & Strategy. The ideal candidate should be dynamic, highly motivated, and results oriented with exceptional interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Support overall accounting and financial management of the entity
• Supervise and review all finance-related transactions and reporting
• Lead preparation of annual budgets, monthly forecasts and cash flow management
• Contribute to the medium and long-term strategy of the group
• Ensure tax and regulatory compliance; manage bank and auditor relationships
• Guide and develop the finance team

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree in Accounting & Finance with full qualification in CA / ACCA / CIMA (finalists considered)
• Minimum 5–7 years' experience, ideally in the FMCG sector
• Sound analytical skills, high integrity and excellent English communication
• IT literate, flexible with working hours and able to work under pressure
