KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate export shipments and bookings
- Prepare and check shipping documentation
- Communicate with customers, agents, and shipping lines
- Track shipments and provide timely updates
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Basic computer skills (MS Office)
- Experience in shipping/logistics is an advantage
