WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Customer Support Specialist - Managed Print Solutions (Field work)
JOB PROFILE
- Installation and configuration of networkable multifunctional devices.
- Installation and administere print management software’s such as MyQ/Papercut.
- IT helpdesk support for clients.
SKILL REQUIRED
- Experience in Networking with Hardware
- Strong knowledge of print management software’s.
- Minimum 01-year experience with Print Management software implementation.
- Strong knowledge with DBMS software.
- Strong Windows cloud computing knowledge and experience.
- Good knowledge in Windows Desktop, Server operating systems and applications.
- Experience with multi-vendor multifunctional devices.
PERSONAL PROFILE
- Be a male & age below 35 years
- Diploma in IT with Networking
- 01+ years’ experience in similar capacity
- Must be able to work independently
- Must have riding license with Motorbike.
- Willing to travel outstation & work extended hours when required.
