PURCHASING / RECEIVING EXECUTIVE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage purchasing and timely procurement of food, beverage, and supplies.
- Maintain accurate ordering, inventory, and cost controls.
- Manage ERP/Back Office inventory systems.
- Ensure products meet Hard Rock specifications and quality standards.
- Receive, store, rotate, thaw, and maintain products correctly.
- Maintain clean, organized walk-in, freezer, and storage areas.
- Execute prep recipes according to company standards.
- Conduct regular quality and inventory checks.
- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships.
- Coordinate purchases across operational departments.
- Uphold Hard Rock's ethical and professional standards.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in food/product procurement.
- Working knowledge of ERP/Back Office inventory systems.
- Strong organizational, communication, and vendor management skills.
- Knowledge of food safety, storage, and inventory practices.
