GENERAL MAINTENANCE
Join Hard Rock Cafe Colombo and help keep our venue safe, functional, and looking its best.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform general maintenance and repairs across the cafe.
- Handle basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and drywall repairs.
- Troubleshoot kitchen and restaurant equipment.
- Maintain air filters and clean AC coils.
- Respond to fire panel alarms and basic safety-related issues.
- Perform breaker resets and basic electrical troubleshooting.
- Monitor and adjust temperature through the energy management system.
- Maintain the overall appearance and condition of the property.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Experience in general maintenance, repairs, or facility operations.
- Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and repair work
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and respond quickly to maintenance issues.
- Understanding of fire safety systems is an advantage.
