Key Responsibilities
- Lead and guide sales reps on daily routes.
- Achieve area sales targets every month.
- Ensure route plan and full outlet coverage.
- Open new outlets and grow distribution.
- Check stock, display, returns & collections.
- Submit daily plan vs achievement reports.
What We Look For
- 2+ years FMCG sales experience
- Team leading skills
- Own motorbike with valid licence
- Willing to work in any assigned area
