KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Welcome guests and provide friendly, attentive service.
- Take orders and serve food and beverages accurately and efficiently.
- Demonstrate excellent menu and product knowledge.
- Handle POS transactions and cash accurately.
- Practice responsible alcohol service and verify IDs when required.
- Use suggestive selling techniques to enhance the guest experience.
- Respond to guest questions and requests professionally.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked service station.
- Support opening, closing, and daily service duties.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is an advantage.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Positive, energetic, and guest-focused personality.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
