Role Overview

Join our team and play a key role in shaping our product portfolio, driving profitability, and delivering exceptional customer value. This role is responsible for managing the product lifecycle, pricing strategy, market intelligence, and successful product launches.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize the product portfolio, including models, variants, grades, specifications, and powertrains.
- Lead new product launches, model year updates, and special edition introductions, ensuring cross functional readiness.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities, threats, and growth strategies.
- Develop pricing recommendations that balance customer value, market competitiveness, and profit targets.
- Create and evaluate tactical campaigns, tracking performance, profitability, and ROI.
- Support the sales team with product guides, price lists, competitor comparisons, and training materials.
- Maintain approved pricing within SAP and manage special price adjustments.
- Deliver timely reports and presentations to management and group stakeholders.
Skills & Competencies Required
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Management, or a related discipline.
- 3-5 years of experience in a product related role.
- Experience in the automotive industry will be a distinct advantage.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Understanding of automotive products and vehicle technical specifications.
- Project management capability.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Experience with SAP and ERP master data management.
