TREASURY OPERATIONS
The Job Role
- Processing of all transactions related to Treasury Operations.
- Ensure that the transactions are processed before the stipulated time lines.
- Reporting to internal and external authorities should be completed accurately in a timely manner.
- Ensure that the policies and procedures are followed at all times while processing transactions.
- Support to the continuous growth of Treasury Operation functions.
- Preparation of Net Open Position Report
- Monitoring and balancing transactions in Lanka RTGS system and the LCSS system
The Person
- Should possess a minimum of 4 years of banking experience
- Comprehensive understanding of overall banking operations
- Full or part qualification in Banking or relevant professional qualification
- Must possess a Certificate in ACI Operations/Certificate on Treasury and Foreign Exchange Operations- Centre for Banking Studies of the Central Bank of Sri Lanka or a Diploma in Treasury & Risk Management from the Institute of Bankers of Sri Lanka.
- Prior experience in a similar role will be an added advantage
- Excellent use of analytical and advance computer literacy.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a challenging environment
- Excellent communication skills
