CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE (FULL TIME)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle customer inquiries and provide prompt support.
- Resolve customer issues and escalate matters when required.
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow up on pending matters.
- Ensure a positive and seamless customer experience.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to communicate in all three languages is an added advantage.
- Customer-focused with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Previous customer service or contact centre experience will be an added advantage.
