COMMIS II – KITCHEN
PASTRY & BAKERY / HOT KITCHEN
Maltras International (Pvt) Ltd. is looking for a passionate & dedicated Commis II - Kitchen to join our team at Battler Tea Lounge.
REQUIREMENTS
- GCE A/L qualification
- Culinary Diploma or equivalent qualification will be an added advantage
- Previous experience in Pastry & Bakery or Hot Kitchen will be an advantage
- Knowledge of cooking, baking techniques & kitchen equipment
- Good understanding of food hygiene & kitchen cleanliness
- Ability to work independently & as part of a team
- Good time management skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends & holidays
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist with daily kitchen operations
- Prepare food items according to required quality & standards
- Maintain consistency in taste & presentation
- Ensure proper use & maintenance of kitchen equipment
- Maintain cleanliness & hygiene standards
- Monitor ingredient usage & stock levels
