Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Cosmetics Science or related field.
• Minimum 10 years' experience in cosmetics or personal care industry.
• Deep knowledge of cosmetic formulations, raw material testing, and quality management systems.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently as a part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect raw materials, packaging components, and finished cosmetic products to ensure they meet GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) and ISO standards.
• Conduct stability, pH, viscosity, and microbiological testing procedures.
• Investigate customer or production non-conformances and implement corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
• Maintain accurate batch records, documentation, and compliance with local and international cosmetic regulations (e.g., FDA, ISO 22716).
