WE ARE HIRING ASSISTANT BRAND MANAGER ...
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES;
- Lead new product launches from concept development to market introduction.
- Develop brand positioning, brand stories, product propositions, and unique selling points (USPs).
- Develop route-to-market strategies, including channel selection, pricing recommendations, and distribution plans.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify new product opportunities.
- Plan and execute product launch campaigns across digital, trade marketing, and consumer activation platforms.
- Coordinate with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and external agencies to ensure successful product launches.
- Monitor post-launch sales performance, distribution, and marketing effectiveness to drive product growth.
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE;
- Full or part qualification in Marketing (CIM or equivalent).
- 3–5 years of experience in brand management, preferably within the FMCG industry.
- Experience in new product development, brand building, and successful product launches.
- Strong understanding of sales, marketing, negotiation, and route-to-market strategies.
- Ability to identify market opportunities, analyse consumer insights, and develop effective brand strategies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in English and Sinhala.
