Job Title: Content Creator (03 Vacancies)
Location: Bambalapitiya
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Saturdays mandatory; 6 days off per month)
About the Role
Are you a digital native who lives and breathes social media trends? If you have an eye for aesthetics, a passion for storytelling, and the skills to turn everyday moments into scroll-stopping video content, we want you!
Key Responsibilities
- Video Production & Editing: Shoot and dynamically edit engaging videos, TikToks, and Reels using modern pacing, effects, and sound design.
- Social Media & Trends: Manage daily social media postings, stay ahead of algorithm shifts and audio memes, and pitch trendy concepts.
- Storytelling & Flexibility: Transform behind-the-scenes moments into captivating content. Collaborate during regular hours (9 AM – 6 PM) with flexibility for extended timelines when needed.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience & Portfolio: Proven content creation experience with a strong portfolio or active social media handles.
- Technical Skills: Proficient with cameras/smartphones and editing tools (e.g., Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro).
- Availability & Location: Able to work Saturdays, commute to Bambalapitiya, and adapt to flexible shoot hours.
- Soft Skills: Creative mindset, strong attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced team.
