JUNIOR EXECUTIVE – TRANSPORTATION (CONTRACT)
YOU WILL,
- Monitor fleet movements and manage vehicle tracking systems.
- Coordinate vehicle servicing, repairs, and preventive maintenance schedules.
- Maintain accurate fleet records and documentation, including registrations, insurance, and licences.
- Manage insurance claims, accident repairs, and vendor coordination.
- Track maintenance costs, verify invoices, and support budget control.
- Support road safety initiatives through vehicle inspections and compliance monitoring.
- Liaise with sales teams and service providers to ensure timely resolution of vehicle-related issues.
- Optimize vehicle utilization and minimize operational downtime.
ARE YOU ?
- 1-2 years of experience in fleet, transport, vehicle administration, or a related operational role.
- G.C.E. A/L or a technical diploma in Automobile Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office applications, particularly MS Excel, with the ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with garages, insurers, service providers, and field teams.
- Proactive, dependable, and capable of remaining calm and focused in a fast-paced environment with competing demands.
