TRAINEE CUSTOMER SUPPORT ASSISTANT

REQUIREMENTS
- completed G.C.E. A/L
- Having prior experience in the related field is an added advantage
- Ability to communicate effectively in English and Sinhala (knowledge of Tamil will be an added advantage)
- Essentially a team player who is able to collaborate effectively with employees at all levels and functions across the organization
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and basic knowledge of IT is an added advantage Duties
