HEAD BARTENDER
We're looking for an experienced and passionate Head Bartender to lead the bar at Biling.
THE ROLE
Lead and manage the bar team, deliver an exceptional guest experience, and contribute to the continued development of our cocktail programme.
WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Proven experience in a senior bartending or bar leadership role
- Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails
- Experience with advanced mixology techniques
- Ability to lead, train and motivate a bar team
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English
- Strong understanding of bar operations, inventory management and cost control
- A creative mindset with exceptional attention to detail
- Professionalism, discipline and a commitment to high service standards
