HRC Labs leads the technological transformation of HealthRecon Connect by developing intelligent automation solutions that improve healthcare delivery, reduce administrative burden, and enhance clients’ operating margins and cash flow.
The Senior Software Engineer – Fullstack (Java) will design, develop, test, and maintain responsive front-end interfaces and secure back-end solutions. The role includes integrating RESTful APIs and microservices, optimizing databases, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable full-stack applications supporting healthcare Revenue Cycle Management technology automation.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to translate requirements into technical specifications and user stories.
- Design, develop, and maintain responsive user interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks such as React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Build scalable and secure back-end solutions using Java and other server-side technologies.
- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices for front-end and back-end systems.
- Design and optimize database schemas, SQL queries, and relational or NoSQL database operations.
- Write clean, maintainable, well-documented code in line with coding standards and best practices.
- Conduct unit, integration, and end-to-end testing; troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues.
- Keep up with full-stack development trends and collaborate effectively across teams, supporting knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; relevant technical certifications are an advantage.
- At least 4 years of software development experience, with a track record of delivering full-stack solutions for complex applications.
- Proficiency in front-end and back-end development, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript frameworks, and server-side technologies such as Java, Spring Boot, Node.js, Django, or Ruby on Rails.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and software development concepts.
- Knowledge of RESTful web services, microservices architecture, and API design principles.
- Solid understanding of relational databases, SQL, and ORM frameworks; familiarity with NoSQL databases, caching, and message brokers is a plus.
- Experience with Git and code collaboration platforms such as GitHub or GitLab.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills, with effective communication and teamwork abilities; ability to mentor junior colleagues and adapt to new technologies.
