JOB ROLE:

• Supervise and guide the sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly & annually sales targets.
• Ensure proper execution of sales fundamental including coverage, visibility, availability, and merchandising.
• Monitor route plans, market visits and daily performance of CSR/DSR.
• Build strong relationships with distributors, retailers and key partners.
• Track sales performance, prepare sales reports, and recommend improvement actions.
• Support in implementing trade promotions, displays and brand building activities.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

• Passionate about Sri Lanka; you're committed to making a positive impact for our Country and its people.
• GCE O/L, Fully or Partly qualified in SLIM or similar institution will be an added advantage.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in Sales & Marketing field.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala/Tamil languages. (Trilingual is a plus).
• Willing to travel continuously for field work, to any part of the island.
