Sales Promotions Officer - Digital Products
Singer (Sri Lanka) PLC operates with the vision of being the market leader in elevating and enriching lives across Sri Lanka. The Sales Promotion Officer – Digital Products will be responsible for driving the retail performance of digital product categories, including mobiles, computers, and related accessories, across Singer's island-wide store network. The role involves increasing sales, strengthening retail execution, conducting staff training, and ensuring effective inventory and merchandising standards. The incumbent will also support business development initiatives and enhance the overall customer experience within the digital products category.
Job Profile
- Drive revenue growth for Mobile Phone categories within the retail channel.
- Meet or Exceed given sales target monthly and annually.
- Manage inventory planning and conduct regular stock audits to maintain optimum levels.
- Provide product and sales training to shop staff and sales promoters.
- Deploy sales promoters based on outlet potential to maximize coverage.
- Improve performance of underperforming locations and support after-sales issue resolution.
- A designated area is assigned for management.
Personal Profile
- Two Years' experience in similar Industry.
- Passed GCE (A/L) and GCE (O/L) examinations with credit passes in Mathematics and English.
- Qualifications related to the sales and marketing field.
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility to travel across the country.
- Age below 30 years.
- A valid driving license is required.
