We are seeking passionate, customer-focused individuals to join our team at The Cavern in Agarapathana.
Resident Manager
- Minimum 3–5 years of proven leadership experience in a luxury boutique hotel, eco-lodge, or high-end resort setting.
- Proven hands-on operational experience, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional personalized guest service
- Strong operational oversight covering rooms, F&B, housekeeping, and property maintenance.
- Exceptional guest relations, crisis management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills in English (fluency in additional languages is an asset).
Butler
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Butler or Senior Food & Beverage Associate in a 5-star hotel or luxury boutique villa.
- Formal hospitality training, F&B certification, or professional butler training.
- Ability to provide personalized and discreet guest service.
- Ability to assist across diverse operational tasks with flexibility and a strong team spirit.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent grooming standards.
- In-depth knowledge of personalized guest hosting, fine dining service, table etiquette, and beverage pairing.
