Nurse – Fertility Centre
Be a part of our dedicated Fertility Centre and contribute to bringing new life and hope to families on their parenthood journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the day-to-day operations of the Fertility Centre, including patient preparation and procedure support
- Provide compassionate, patient-centred nursing care throughout the fertility treatment journey
- Educate and counsel patients on treatment processes, medications and post-procedure care
- Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to clinical protocols and safety standards
- Coordinate with the multidisciplinary fertility team to deliver high-quality care
Requirements
- Diploma in Nursing or General Nursing (registered with the Sri Lanka Nursing Council)
- Minimum 1–2 years of clinical nursing experience (experience in a Fertility/IVF Unit will be an added advantage)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with a caring and empathetic approach
- Ability to work in a team-oriented and patient-focused environment
