Senior Executive - AI Integration Engineer

Overview
We're looking for a Senior Executive - AI Integration Engineer to deliver production-grade AI applications and enterprise automation. You'll lead agentic AI, advanced retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), document automation and secure integration initiatives.
Job Responsibilities
- Design production-grade agentic AI applications, multi-agent workflows and enterprise integrations.
- Build and optimise advanced RAG using embeddings, vector databases, hybrid retrieval, ranking and evaluation.
- Automate browser, document and workflow processes using Playwright and related tools.
- Create secure APIs, MCOP tools, webhooks and event-driven integrations.
- Develop AI applications on Microsoft Azure and analytics solutions using Microsoft Fabric.
- Own technical design, testing, documentation, deployment, monitoring and production support.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Engineering or related science discipline.
- A minimum of two years' relevant professional experience in AI engineering, software development, automation or system integration.
- Strong Python, REST API, asynchronous programming, database, Git, Docker and cloud deployment skills.
- Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LLM APIs, tool calling and agent orchestration.
- Practical knowledge of vector databases, embeddings, retrieval evaluation and prompt engineering.
- Experience with Playwright and secure, production-grade integration design.
- Practical experience with Microsoft Azure and working with Microsoft Fabric.
Nice to Have (Added Advantage)
- Documented real-world document and workflow automation projects would be highly regarded.
- Experience with MCP, human-in-the-loop workflows, LLM evaluation, guardrails and tracing.
- Familiarity with Azure OpenAI, AI Search, Functions, App Service, Key Vault and CI/CD.
- Experience integrating ERP, CRM, BI or document-processing platforms.
