HealthRecon Connect is a technology-enabled healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) partner to US healthcare providers, with delivery operations spanning Sri Lanka, India and the Philippines.
This role will support internal branding and employee engagement initiatives by creating impactful campaigns, coordinating engagement activities and surveys, and using employee insights to measure effectiveness. The selected candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams across locations to deliver consistent, engaging, and brand-aligned employee experiences while driving continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage the throughput (productivity & quality) of a large team (10 to 15), in an A/R function of a multi-specialty client
- Draft comprehensive SOP documents (proven prior experience required)
- Ensure the client requirements are delivered within TAT with the support of the functional leads
- Executing necessary controls are in place to ensure performance is aligned with internal benchmarks
- Roll out and implement change initiatives driven by the management
- Develop a high-performance culture through continuous development initiatives
- Provide functional performance updates on KRAs during the SOU meeting (as applicable)
- Attend to team requirements and ensure timely resolutions
- Maintain Code of Conduct and CREDO expectations from the team
Key Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
- Minimum 1.5–2 years of experience as an ATL (Assistant Team Lead)
- Having a bachelor's degree or equivalent qualifications will be advantageous
- Preference will be given to candidates with hands-on experience in US Healthcare RCM Collections, particularly within Multispecialty environments
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage performance, drive operational outcomes, and support people development
Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven professional with strong leadership and people management skills to lead our RCM Collections team. The ideal candidate should have a sound understanding of US Healthcare RCM, particularly Accounts Receivable (AR) and Collections operations, with the ability to drive team performance, achieve operational targets, and ensure process compliance and service quality. Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills are essential, along with the ability to manage, motivate, and develop team members while driving continuous improvement.
