Branch Manager – Maradana Branch
Lead the branch — business growth, people and customer service

- 5+ years' experience in a similar field (Minimum)
- 1+ year in a similar capacity (Additional Advantage)
The Role
- Own the branch's business targets across TUK PLUS, BIKER, SHE and Swarnam gold loans
- Lead, develop and manage the branch team
- Deliver excellent customer service and grow local community reach
- Ensure full compliance with company SOPs, KYC and AML requirements
- Control arrears, collections and branch cash and security
You Bring
- Background in a finance company, leasing company or bank
- A proven record of business growth and target achievement
- Degree or professional qualification in finance, banking or business (preferred)
- Fluency in Sinhala, Tamil and English
- Knowledge of alternative finance is an added advantage
