Manager – Asset Finance
TUK PLUS (Three-Wheeler) & BIKER (Motorbike) Financing
The Role
- Drive new business for TUK PLUS and BIKER financing
- Build and manage dealer, showroom and introducer networks across Colombo
- Appraise customers, structure facilities and ensure complete documentation
- Maintain portfolio quality and follow up on arrears
- Lead, coach and motivate the asset finance field team to monthly targets
You Bring
- Background in leasing or vehicle finance, ideally two- and three-wheelers
- Proven team leadership and a record of meeting targets
- An active dealer network in the Colombo area
- Degree or professional qualification in finance, banking or business (preferred)
- Fluency in Sinhala and English; Tamil an advantage
- Knowledge of alternative finance is an added advantage
