VACANCY for a SAP B1 Specialist

We are seeking an experienced SAP Business One (SAP B1) Specialist to lead our efforts to develop, optimize and sustain the ERP system and enable group wide digitalization
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the comprehensive management, configuration, and optimization of the SAP Business One ERP module across all company operations
- Manage system settings, define user roles, permissions, and ensure strict security protocols
- Perform complex backend developments, including developing and optimizing SQL queries and stored procedures
- Design, develop, and maintain custom add-ons, system integrations, and business process automation solutions
- Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for complex system issues and bugs
- Coordinate with department heads and stakeholders to identify system requirements and implement operational improvements
- Oversee regular system maintenance, application of patches, version upgrades and data backups
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- BSc in Computer Science, Information Technology, or an equivalent qualification from a UGC recognized institution
- Minimum 5 years of hands on experience in SAP Business One module management and backend development
- Strong technical knowledge of SAP B1 architecture, backend systems (SQL Server/HANA) and integration tools
- Strong interpersonal and analytical skills
- Strong communication skills
- A dynamic personality with can do attitude
