ARCHITECT
- Degree / Diploma in Architecture or relevant qualification
- Experience in architectural design and building projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and relevant design software
- Knowledge of 3D modelling / rendering software will be an advantage
- Ability to prepare drawings, plans and presentations
- Good communication and teamwork skills
QUANTITY SURVEYOR
- Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying or relevant qualification
- Experience in construction estimation and costing is an advantage
- Knowledge of BOQ preparation, material take-offs and quantity calculations
- Ability to prepare quotations, cost estimates and project documentation
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and relevant QS software
CIVIL ENGINEER
- Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering or relevant qualification
- Experience in construction/project supervision is an advantage
- Knowledge of structural, civil and construction practices
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office
- Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills
