Technical Repair Section
PHONE OPERATOR / CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle Customer Calls & Inquiries Professionally
- Manage Social Media Messages & Comments
- Create & Schedule Engaging Social Media Posts
- Provide Excellent Customer Service & Support
- Maintain Customer Records
REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role.
- Strong communication skills (Sinhala & English).
- Good understanding of social media platforms.
- Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills.
- Polite, patient, and problem-solving attitude.
- Basic technical awareness is an advantage.
ATTRACTIVE SALARY: 65,000 /= Per Month
