ABOUT US
At Cafe Bloom, we are passionate about serving great coffee and delicious food and creating a welcoming space for our community in Mount Lavinia. We are looking for an energetic and friendly cafe crew member to join our growing team!
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Welcome customers with a warm and friendly smile.
- Take orders accurately and handle cash/card transactions at the POS system.
- Prepare and serve hot/cold beverages and light snacks.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dining area, counter, and equipment.
- Ensure all food safety and hygiene standards are strictly followed.
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.
REQUIREMENTS
- A positive attitude and excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Previous experience in a cafe or hospitality role is a plus, but not required—we are happy to train the right person!
