BUILDING MAINTENANCE OFFICER
A leading Land Development Company is looking for a qualified person to Building maintenance works.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- NCT or Equivalent in Engineering
- 2-3 years’ construction/Building Maintenance experience preferred
- Knowledge of BOQ preparation, quantity measurements and site documentation
- MS Office knowledge
LOCATION: RATHMALANA
SALARY: Negotiable based on qualifications and experience
