Sales Field Executive
Drive field sales. Build relationships. Grow the customer base.
We are seeking an energetic and target-driven Sales Field Executive to promote Kain Globe Telematics solutions, develop new business opportunities, and maintain strong relationships with customers across assigned territories.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and approach prospective customers through field visits, referrals, networking, and lead generation.
- Present and demonstrate GPS tracking, fleet management, fuel monitoring, temperature monitoring, and related telematics solutions.
- Understand customer operational requirements and recommend suitable products and service packages.
- Prepare quotations, follow up on proposals, and support negotiations through to successful closure.
- Achieve monthly sales, customer-acquisition, and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate records of visits, leads, follow-ups, opportunities, and sales activities.
- Coordinate with technical, installation, and customer-support teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
- Develop long-term customer relationships and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Diploma or professional qualification in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
- Previous experience in field sales, B2B sales, or solution selling is preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working toward measurable targets.
- Ability to travel regularly for customer meetings and field visits.
- Valid driving licence; access to a motorcycle or vehicle will be an advantage.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and digital communication tools.
ADDED ADVANTAGE
- Experience in telematics, GPS tracking, fleet management, automotive technology, IoT, or enterprise technology solutions.
- Existing corporate or transport-industry customer network.
