SURVEY DRAFTSMAN
We are a leading surveying and mapping agency with over 30 years’ history in the field of land surveying in Sri Lanka. We are looking for experienced surveying drafts personnel to join our Cadastral, Project, Government and Construction teams.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- 1 CAD drafting of cadastral survey data, engineering survey data, and construction project survey data.
- 2 Drafting and preparation of cadastral survey plans including boundary schedules and narrations.
- 3 Preparation of drawings and plans for government projects, including submission drawings and related documentation.
- 4 Preparation of drawings for construction projects including setting out plans, contour plans, cross sections and as-built drawings.
- 6 Client and consultant coordination and communication necessary for service delivery.
- 7 Physical and digital data, records and file management.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 1 NVQ or equivalent qualification in CAD drafting.
- 2 Minimum of 2 years experience in CAD drafting.
- 3 Working knowledge of AutoCAD/ZWCAD and Microsoft Office software such as Word and Excel.
- 4 Past experience in preparation of cadastral survey plans, government project drawings and construction project drawings is an added advantage.
