Maliban Biscuit Manufacturies (Pvt) Ltd, stands as a leader in the production of premium quality biscuits, proudly serving consumers for over seven decades. In line with our rapid expansion, we are seeking a highly motivated, dynamic, and results-driven individual to fill the following position immediately.
Position Available: SUPERVISOR | OUTBOUND OPERATIONS
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise and manage all outbound warehouse operations, including picking, packing, dispatch, and documentation of finished goods.
- Ensure timely and accurate order processing, shipment documentation, and system updates.
- Coordinate with Sales, Distribution, and Logistics teams to ensure smooth dispatch and delivery schedules.
- Monitor adherence to FIFO, order accuracy, and storage standards.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety & quality standards, and 5S practices.
- Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff to achieve operational efficiency and minimize errors.
- Prepare reports on outbound volumes, order discrepancies, and stock variances.
QUALIFICATIONS AND ATTRIBUTES
- Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Warehouse Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in outbound warehouse operations, preferably in FMCG or manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems, inventory control, and shipment documentation.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in shifts and perform under pressure.
