Manager - HR & Admin

MG Medicals (Pvt) Ltd, over two decades of specialized experience has pioneered in manufacturing of hospital furniture up to the international standards. We have created a revolution with GMP certification by NMRA in health industry by constantly delivering high standard, in-house manufactured products. Furthermore MG Medicals (Pvt) Ltd is a massive importer of Medical equipment, Rehabilitation aids and Medical consumables.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective HR policies, programs, and employee relations practices.
• Managing recruitment, selection and on boarding process.
• Manage performance appraisal systems to drive high performance.
• Provide HR metrics and insights to support management decisions.
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management

Qualifications and Requirements

• Degree or professional qualification in HR & Admin
• Candidate should have an outgoing personality
• Minimum of 2 years experience in HR of a manufacturing environment
• Command of the English & Sinhala language (written, typing and oral skills) is essential
• Age below 35 Years
• Should be able to work under pressure
