About this role

As a Quantity Surveying (QS) Intern, you will gain practical experience in quantity surveying, cost estimation, and project documentation while supporting roofing project activities. You will assist in preparing quotations, material take-offs, AutoCAD drawings, and project reports while working closely with the technical and project teams. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to develop industry knowledge, enhance technical skills, and gain valuable exposure to real-world construction and roofing projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate quotations, cost estimates, and material quantity take-offs for roofing projects.
• Assist in preparing and modifying AutoCAD drawings based on project and customer requirements.
• Support the QS team with project documentation and administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of quantity surveying principles.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
• Strong attention to detail with good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with project teams.
• Willingness to learn and gain practical experience in the construction and roofing industry.
