St. Anthony's Solar is a brand of St. Anthony's Hardware (Pvt) Ltd., an agent for reputed brands of prestigious products over the last 7 decades. We specialize in the design and installation of grid-tied solar power systems for commercial and industrial applications, as well as solar-powered solutions for electricity generation, water heating, and water purification solutions. With the expansion of the Solar division, we invite applications from suitably qualified individuals for the following position.

Assistant Manager - Solar PV & Water Purification

Location: Colombo/ Gampaha/ Down South

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets for Solar PV & Water Purification products.
• Identify new business opportunities, build relationships and expand our customer base in the Solar market.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling sales materials, Presentations and proposals.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, market developments and competitors to maintain a competitive edge.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction.

Requirements

• Minimum 03 years of experience in the sales industry.
• Fully or partly qualified in SLIM / CIM / Management Diploma or Degree.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to present ideas and influence decision makers.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
