Quantity Surveyor
Aluminium & Glass Division

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare BOQs, cost estimates and project quotations
- Carry out quantity take-offs from architectural and shop drawings
- Prepare material requirements for aluminium, glass, cladding and related works
- Evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations
- Prepare variations, interim valuations and final bills
- Monitor project costs, budgets and material usage
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, Draftsmen and Site Teams
- Assist with tender documentation and commercial submissions
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma / Degree / Professional Qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related field
- Experience in Aluminium & Glass Fabrication / Curtain Wall / Structural Glazing / Cladding works (preferred)
- Good knowledge of aluminium profiles, glass specifications and accessories
- Ability to read architectural and technical drawings
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and QS documentation
- Good communication, negotiation and analytical skills
