Are you an experienced finance professional who can take ownership of monthly financial reporting, management accounts, costing, audits, and financial analysis?
Ceylon Agro Food Technologies (Pvt) Ltd (CAFT) is looking for a strong and results-oriented Finance Executive to join our team.
- Location: Hokandara, Sri Lanka
- Employment Type: Full-Time
- Experience: 2–4 years+
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly accounts and management accounts accurately and within deadlines
- Prepare monthly financial reporting packs, financial schedules, and management reports
- Coordinate and handle monthly financial review meetings, including preparation of reports, analysis, and follow-up actions
- Perform costing and cost analysis and support pricing and profitability analysis
- Monitor budgets, expenses, variances, and financial performance
- Manage cash flow, payment planning, and fund requirements
- Handle AP/AR, bank reconciliations, journals, payments, and other accounting operations
- Coordinate internal and external audits and prepare audit schedules and supporting documentation
- Ensure compliance with EPF/ETF, taxation, statutory requirements, and internal controls
- Provide financial analysis and insights to support management decision-making
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders

What We’re Looking For
- Part qualification in CIMA / ACCA / CA / AAT or equivalent
- Degree/Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field with added advantage
- 2–4+ years of relevant accounting/finance experience
- Strong experience in management accounting and financial reporting
- Practical experience in monthly account preparation and financial closing
- Audit experience is essential / highly preferred
- Good knowledge of costing, budgeting, variance analysis, and financial controls
- Experience with QuickBooks/ERP systems and MS Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and work with detail
