EXECUTIVE - FINISHED GOOD WAREHOUSE
Join our growing team at Miami Clothing Private Limited – Homagama
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle inbound and outbound warehouse operations (receiving, storing, issuing, and dispatch)
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment to avoid shortages or overstocking
- Ensure proper documentation (GRN, invoices, dispatch notes, system updates)
- Supervise loading/unloading and verify quantities against documents
- Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and internal teams for smooth operations
- Ensure warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety compliance
- Identify discrepancies, damages, or shortages and report accordingly
- Support process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce errors
- Assist in team coordination and daily operational planning
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in warehouse or inventory operations
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems / ERP
- Good understanding of inventory control and documentation processes
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Good communication and teamwork skills
