LINE SUPERVISOR
Work Location: Homagama, Kappetipola
Requirements:
- Garment Line Supervisor manages the production line to ensure garments are produced efficiently, on time, and according to quality standards.
Main duties:
- Supervise sewing operators and line workers
- Monitor daily production targets
- Maintain product quality and reduce defects
- Balance operations and improve line efficiency
- Coordinate with QC, cutting, finishing, and production teams
- Solve production and machine-related issues
- Monitor attendance, discipline, and worker performance
- Prepare daily production reports

QUALITY CONTROLLER
Work Location: Homagama, Kappetipola
Main duties:
- Check fabric and trims quality
- Inspect cutting and sewing quality
- Check measurements and workmanship
- Identify and report defects
- Conduct inline and final inspections
- Ensure garments meet buyer requirements
- Maintain quality records and inspection reports

SAMPLE ROOM OPERATOR
Work Location: Homagama, Kappetipola
Main duties:
- Sew garment samples according to tech packs and patterns
- Follow measurements, construction details, and specifications
- Work with the pattern maker and sample coordinator
- Make fit, size-set, and approval samples
- Identify and correct sewing/construction issues
- Maintain quality and meet sample deadlines

RECRUITMENT OFFICER
Work Location: Homagama, Kappetipola
Main duties:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and HR coordination
- Source, screen and shortlist candidates
- Coordinate interviews and joinings
- Maintain employee records
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies
- Handle multiple hiring requirements
- Work closely with department heads
- Maintain good communication and interpersonal skills
