Sublimation Designer (Apparel/ Teamwear)
Company: Apparel Services Lanka Pvt Ltd.
Location: Homagama.
We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Sublimation Designer to join our team, responsible for producing high-quality sublimation apparel for export market.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and prepare artwork/designs for sublimation printing.
- Operate Sublimation machines to execute "print ready" artworks.
- Manage colour profiles and ensure accurate colour output.
- Manage inventory of sublimation paper, ink, and blanks.
- Meet production deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience with Graphic for Sports and Teamwear.
- Proficiency in design software (Adobe, Illustrator, CorelDraw)
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple orders and meet deadlines.
- Trainees with Adobe Illustrator knowledge who are willing to build a career also may apply.
