Job Description
JOIN OUR JOURNEY AS A LOGISTIC & CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE
- Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Customer Service, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years' experience in island-wide logistics coordination, customer service, or order fulfilment in FMCG, home furnishings, luxury goods, or hospitality will be highly preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ERP/CRM systems.
- Proactive, responsible, and customer-centric mindset & ability to manage multiple orders and priorities under tight timelines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Sinhala & English; Tamil is an advantage).
