Showroom Manager
We are looking for an experienced and energetic Showroom Manager to oversee our modern, state-of-the-art showroom, which will showcase a premium range of infant and baby products. The successful candidate will be based at our showroom in Nawala, Rajagiriya.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the showroom team to achieve sales targets
- Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure a premium shopping experience
- Manage daily showroom operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Supervise inventory, stock replenishment, and stock accuracy
- Ensure attractive visual merchandising and showroom presentation
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally
- Prepare daily sales reports, cash reconciliation, and banking
- Coach, train and develop showroom staff
- Coordinate promotional campaigns and in-store marketing activities
Qualifications:
- G.C.E.A/L with a Diploma in Marketing, Business Management, Retail Management or a related field
- Minimum 5-10 years of experience in showroom sales with at least 2 years at managerial level
- Knowledge in baby products, kids’ garments and fashion
- Good leadership, communication, management and customer service skills
- Knowledge in POS systems, inventory management and Microsoft Office
- Age between 35-40 years
