Join MAS Holdings’ Bodywear Value Stream as an Assistant - Human Resources Business Partnering Operations at our Horana location. We are seeking a proactive individual pursuing a Degree or a Professional Qualification in Human Resources, along with 6 months to 1 year of experience in a similar capacity to play a pivotal role in enhancing employee relations within a global manufacturing leader in intimate and swimwear categories.

• Foster strong relationships across all levels of the organization, offering guidance to employees and addressing workplace concerns to boost morale and satisfaction.
• Organize engaging activities, coordinate CSR initiatives, and facilitate connections with external entities such as government institutions and community organizations to help create a harmonious and dynamic work environment.
• Leverage your ability to build trust and manage sensitive situations, and support official visits, ensuring professionalism.
