Qualifications & Experience
Educational Qualifications
- A degree in Statistics, Physical Science, Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Fresh graduates, final-year undergraduates encouraged to apply.
What We’re Looking For
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Basic understanding of DMAIC, Kaizen, 5S, problem-solving, and process improvement tools.
- Strong analytical, logical, and critical-thinking abilities.
- Knowledge of statistics and data analysis will be an added advantage.
- Ability to analyze process data, identify root causes, and recognize improvement opportunities.
- Familiarity with MS Excel, Power BI, Minitab, or similar analytical tools will be advantageous.
