Resort Manager
The Nature Lovers Resort is looking for a capable, responsible and results-driven Resort Manager to lead the overall operations of our property. This role requires someone who can independently manage daily operations, lead a team, maximise bookings, maintain service standards and ensure operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage overall resort operations and staff
- Handle reservations and guest rooms
- Manage day outings, events and group bookings
- Maintain guest satisfaction and service standards
- Monitor revenue, expenses and operational costs
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports
- Drive bookings, business growth and profitability
- Recruit, train and develop staff
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of relevant hospitality management experience
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Knowledge of reservations and financial reporting
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in Sinhala; good English communication skills
- Reports to: Owner / Management
