RESTAURANT MANAGER

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to lead our restaurant operations, maintain excellent food and service standards and drive profitability.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n- Manage daily restaurant operations.
n- Supervise kitchen and service staff.
n- Maintain food quality, hygiene and customer service.
n- Control food stock, purchasing and wastage.
n- Monitor sales, expenses and restaurant profitability.
n- Manage staff schedules and prepare performance reports.
n- Recruit, train and develop staff to improve operational efficiency, enhance service quality and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Requirements
n
n- Hospitality or Food & Beverage qualification preferred.
n- Minimum 2-3 years of restaurant management experience.
n- Strong leadership and customer-service skills.
n- Knowledge of inventory, cost control and sales reporting.
